Courtney’s love for real estate began at the age of four, when she received her first Fisher-Price playhouse. Even at that young age, she was captivated by all the details that make a house a spectacular home. As she grew, she loved to explore the real estate world by visiting open houses, and she went on to buy her first home at just 19.

Courtney has been practicing real estate in Colorado for more than fifteen years now and in that time, she has sold millions of dollars’ worth of properties. She has helped countless families find their dream homes, transition to new ways of life, and relocate from near and far. She believes that home is not just a place to hang your hat; it is a state of being. When you work with her, you will find that she still radiates the joy of a four-year-old enthusiast, but also has the fearlessness of an agent with years of experience.

Courtney is tireless at promoting her clients’ best interests. She is a certified negotiation expert and is highly educated in real estate law. Whether you are selling or buying, your financial security couldn’t be in better hands. This is true whether you are finding your forever home or even a getaway in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

She is also a certified divorce specialist. She works closely with attorneys and divorcing families to make sure that everyone undergoing this disruptive time of life can feel safe, secure, and at home.

As Managing Broker and the mastermind behind RMREA, Courtney has curated a team with diverse strengths and specialties. She is proud of them and takes great care to help them be successful in all they do. Under her leadership, they have helped legions find their way home in Colorado, and they spend ample time giving back to the communities they love.

Courtney donates her time and money in an effort to positively influence her local communities. She’s an active member of Rotary International and the Junior League of Denver. She also supports Ronald McDonald House, the Make a Wish Foundation, Denver Children’s Hospital, the Parker Arts Council and Downtown Development Council.

Courtney is a Colorado Native and, of course, a Denver Broncos fan. She married her husband, Phil, in 2005. They have three children and live in Parker Colorado.

Courtney would love to hear your story and to find out how she can serve you.
