Kathy McClung

Kathy has been in Real Estate since 1999.  She loves helping buyers and sellers realize their hopes and dreams.  Kathy strives to reduce stress for her clients and to assist them in successful transactions.  Her real estate designations include: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Electronic Professional (E-Pro), and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Continuing education is very important to Kathy.  She takes advantage of as many classes as she can to keep abreast of the changing marketplace, so that she might better serve the people who have put their trust in her.

If you were to ask her past clients, they would say that Kathy is a skilled negotiator, and a first-class communicator.  She is readily available to her clients, including nights and weekends.  Kathy is service oriented and a good listener.  Furthermore, takes the time necessary to put her clients at ease with the processes of buying or selling their home.

Prior to her career in Real Estate, Kathy worked in sales as the co-owner of Rocky Mountain Demo Service, a food sampling service for the food industry.  She enjoyed promoting products and providing part-time employment to women and men in this endeavor.

Kathy is a long time resident of the Parker area.  She has lived in and around Denver for most of her life.  Kathy is married to Morris McClung.  They have 4 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, 6 grandchildren and a Shih-Tzu named Joe.
