Bryan has been active in the Real Estate industry as a buyer, seller and investor since purchasing his first home 26 years ago and multiple homes and properties since then in Breckenridge, Keystone, Highlands Ranch and finally landing in Parker to settle and raise his family. Bryan has lived in Colorado since 1995 and has over 10 years of experience as a Certified Residential Appraiser. While in Breckenridge he worked in the wine and spirits industry overseeing the entire county. Prior to moving to Colorado he was the Owner of 2 restaurants in Lawrence Kansas.
Bryan received his B.S. degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Oklahoma State University where he was a member of Sigma Nu. He has completed over 400 hours of continuing real estate education, has completed over 5,000 residential appraisals in Colorado and is currently working toward his GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation as a Real Estate Broker.

However, if you are looking outside of these areas, his years of appraisal practice in the metro area from Longmont to Castle Rock and Elizabeth to Golden as well as the Summit County market are benefits to both buyers and sellers.
Bryan lives in Parker/Idyllwilde with his wife Shannon and three young children Sydnee and twins Brayden and Shelbee who attend Frontier Valley Elementary as well as their newest addition Coco a Chocolate Labrador Retriever. Bryan is active in the Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club in Parker. Their children keep them busy with activities including hockey, baseball, Tae Kwon Do, gymnastics, guitar and golf. When not involved with all of that they enjoy skiing/snowboarding, camping and all that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer.
